About the Fund

Brian Renaud, President of Contractor Benefit Solutions, created the Contractors Children’s Fund to aid children in education. This passion has led to the creation of our Annual Contractors Children’s Fund Golf Tournament. 2022 is our 8th Annual Event!

I am excited to announce that starting in 2021, we have hit the next phase of our charitable giving! Thanks to all of our continuous and generous golfers and sponsors, we are now able to provide a $2,500 scholarship for up to four continual years to each recipient moving forward in lieu of the one time scholarship of $2,500. This allows us to support these deserving students throughout their college journey.

Brian has run eight charitable golf tournaments in the past, in memory of his Father. The money Brian raised was donated to the Anthony A. Renaud Scholarship Fund which provided scholarships for children who lost a parent at a young age.  The Contractors Children’s Fund proceeds will be donated to the Anthony A. Renaud Scholarship Fund for scholarship distribution to more single-parent kids.

Brian belongs to many local Contractor’s Associations. This golf event will bring together family, friends, colleagues and associates who believe in giving back to their community. There will be plenty of time to meet and greet in the morning while practicing on the putting green and grabbing some morning coffee. Hamburgers & Hotdogs, Chicken Sandwiches and Pulled Pork Sandwiches on the golf course will lead up to a cocktail and appetizer reception where we will announce the award and contest winners. You won’t want to miss it!
